How we work, what happens to your data and what you can expect from Lobivana Digital Studio.
A direct relationship
Lobivana Digital Studio is Lobivana’s digital studio, creating websites and digital experiences. Your contact is Marlon. Before committing, you will receive a proposal identifying the provider, scope, price, schedule and specific terms.
From first contact to publication
Describe your idea, choose the features that interest you and review the brief before sending an enquiry. We agree a proposal, then prepare the project and your private access. You can share materials, comment on progress and approve specific versions. Approving a review does not automatically publish a website or make a payment.
Prices, changes and external services
Published prices are indicative and exclude VAT. Your final quote states applicable taxes. Monthly plans include the stated change hours; included changes are not charged individually and unused hours do not roll over. New features or redesigns are quoted separately. A one-off payment covers the agreed creation work. Domain, hosting, email and licences are listed separately with their renewals. Your domain should be registered in your name. Duration, exit, handover and maintenance are agreed in writing before work begins.
Information you share
An enquiry contains your name, email, message and the brief you review. It is used to respond and prepare a possible proposal. Enquiries older than 90 days are deleted when the inbox is checked or new enquiries arrive; if an enquiry becomes a project, its brief becomes part of that project. The private area stores the account, progress, requests, messages, files and decisions needed to manage the work. Authentication and security records help protect access. There is no public registration or automated commercial decision-making. The studio prepares and retains quotes with their scope, amounts, versions and notes. Drafts are private; people assigned to the project can view the agreed scope and comment on that version. Confirmation received by email or another channel is recorded manually before the project is created. Project history also includes shared deliveries, receipt confirmations and service or renewal owners and dates. These dates are displayed in the portal; they do not trigger payments or automatic reminders.
Access, hosting and retention
The website is hosted through Sites using OpenAI and Cloudflare infrastructure. Administrators access enquiries; people assigned to a project access its materials and history. Files require an authorised session. Archiving a file keeps it recoverable and does not delete it. Accounts and projects remain while the relationship is managed; at closure, retention is reviewed and appropriate deletion is handled subject to applicable obligations. Do not enter passwords for other services or sensitive documents in requests.
Your options
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by writing to the contact email. We will verify your identity before providing private information. You can also download your project history from your account. You may contact Portugal's CNPD. The hosting platform may apply its own technical measures; we do not claim that data remains exclusively in Portugal.
Preferences and demonstrations
Lobivana Digital Studio remembers your language in the browser and uses a session cookie required for private access. We have not added advertising or commercial visitor analytics. Example pages, their content and illustrative prices do not represent real client commissions. Selections in those demonstrations do not book or charge anything. The catalogue helps start a conversation: your project can combine activities or begin with a new idea.
Ongoing support
We work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and solutions suited to each project. Requests are organised in the portal and we confirm scope and timing before carrying them out. Clients provide feedback; Lobivana Digital Studio builds and publishes. We do not offer an automatic AI editor or unlimited support. The contact email is digitalstudio@lobivana.com. Automatic messages and website payments are not enabled.
Maintenance with a clear scope.
Monthly support starts when the service is activated. The plan includes 1, 2 or 3 hours of small changes per month, with no rollover. The quote distinguishes content changes, defect fixes, technical maintenance and new features. Before contracting, we agree support hours, response times and urgent requests. Immediate human support around the clock is not offered. If backups are included, their location, frequency, retention and recovery procedure are specified. Creation is paid in stages, with an advance and balance tied to deliveries. Extra work requires an agreed price and timing first. Early exit and the end of the initial 12 months are defined before starting: continuation, price, notice, access and handover. The initial offer is for businesses and professionals. Domain, hosting, email and licences are preferably contracted in the client’s name and paid separately. Export and migration are verified for each solution.
